Trainers will receive the complete programming in digital format. They can connect to the platform from anywhere to study and plan the next workouts to be delivered and even, if desired, create their own programs and workouts.

FULLY GUIDED

LFX provides a unique user experience. Since the member enters the room, the session is fully guided, creating digital support for each stage. The screens, times and rounds make the classes easy to follow and the trainers can focus on the members.

Trainers can focus only on providing a fantastic experience for users.

1. WELCOME

The system automatically detect users an the beginning of the class through their personal heart rate monitor.

2. EXPLANATION

Explanation of the session supported by high quality videos of the exercises to explain technique and execution. 

3. WARM UP

Prepares participants for the workout and monitors their heart rate to check that they are ready to reach their targets during the session.

4. POSITIONING

Bootiq will distribute the participants to their different work areas automatically, making the trainer´s job easier and the session more dynamic and easy to follow.

5. WORKOUT

a fully guided workout with exercises information, and work and rest times, rounds and transitions between work zones. 

6. COOL DOWN

A specific stage for cooling. A phase as important as the warm-up for injury prevention.

MUSIC

LFX provides up to 6 different music environments for each session, which contain specific playlists for each training phases and for work and rest times. Playlists are renewed monthly.

The system automatically changes the music at the different stages, creating a motivating experience and increasing engagement.

LIGHTS

LFX manages the room lighting, generating different scenarios for each training phase and for work and rest times. Bootiq synchronizes these scenarios with the music and training times.

This combination makes the class fully immersive and easy to follow as users know when they have to work, or rest based on the lights and music.

PERFORMANCE

Tracking performance during the class creates an environment of motivation and thus, engagement. The reward and tracking systems associated with the heart rate monitors implements retention.
